Our services are delivered in partnership with Local Authorities and host placements to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes for young people.
Where required, we also supply trained and vetted support staff to Local Authorities, children’s placements, and partner providers under separate staffing agreements.
Recruitment
At The Seven Oaks Network, recruitment is about more than filling roles, it’s about building trusted professional relationships.
We supply vetted and trained support workers to Local Authorities and regulated placements, ensuring staffing needs are met safely and responsibly. Placement responsibility and supervision remain with the host provider or Local Authority.
Child Support Worker Opportunities
We offer opportunities for skilled child support workers seeking meaningful roles within outreach, supported accommodation, and Local Authority commissioned settings.
All staff undergo enhanced vetting, safeguarding training, and ongoing supervision to ensure high standards of professional conduct and child safety.
